These wines represent some of our favorite producers and the styles we think will pair best with your meal at Heyday during our residency. We wanted to share them with you at a great value. By pre-ordering, you plant your flag on our limited inventory and ensure a temperature controlled bottle ready for you at the table.

There will be a bottle shop on site as well including a few beer options. There will also be several non-alcoholic options for purchase on site. Please note that we can not sell wine by the glass with our current permit. Feel free to write your legislators with any complaints.

You can also BYOB for this event for a corkage fee of $15.

Vignale di Cecilia Prosecco Brut

100% Glera Brut Nature from a small organic farm in the Euganean Hills, in Veneto.  Dry with bright pear notes on the nose and a steely, mineral and earth-driven palate.
$32 (thats only $6.40 a glass!)

La Collina ‘Rosa Luna’ Lambrusco Rosato dell’Emilia

100% Salomino Lambrusco Rosato from a biodynamic Agricultural Cooperative in Reggio Emilia. Tart, refreshing, and dry with notes of wild raspberries, red cherry, rhubarb and orange peel.
$32 (that’s $6.40 a glass!)

Domaine de l'Ecu "Ensemble" Muscadet 2020

100% Melon de Bourgogne from a biodynamic estate in the hamlet of Le Landreau in Sèvre et Maine. Citrus and white flowers on the nose. Classically flinty and dry, with green apple and seaside brine, finishing with mouth-watering acidity. Perfect for fish and shellfish. Like the trout perhaps?!

Loop de Loop Columbia Gorge Chardonnay 2022

100% chardonnay from old vine organic vineyards in Underwood Mountain, Columbia Gorge, WA. Aromatics of pear blossoms and orchard fruit give way to brioche, mango, and poached pear, finishing with lemon curd finishing with zippy energy & mineral character. 
$40 (only $8/glass for this Washington beauty)

Martha Stoumen Post Flirtation Rosé NV

This Post Flirtation Rosé NV No. 4 is a blend of 75% Nero d’Avola and 25% Vermentino from organic vineyards in Redwood Valley, CA. Notes of red fruits, salted watermelon, cucmber and red clay. Dry and crisp yet well rounded and smooth.
$35 (thats only $7 a glass)

Christian Venier ‘Les Clos des Carteries’ Cheverny AOC

A blend of 70% Gamay & 30% Pinot Noir from Christian Venier, a pioneer of natural winemaking in the Touraine region of Cheverny in the Loire Valley. Vibrant with notes of raspberry, tart cherry & cranberry with a mineral and earthy character. Light-to-medium bodied with high acidity and silky, delicate tannins.
$55 (a steal at $11/glass)

Chateau Peybonhomme "Les Vacances de Monsieur Merlot" 2024

100% merlot from estate fruit grown organically and biodynamically from vineyards located near the Gironde estuary in Blaye Côtes de Bordeaux.  This cuvée is generous, plush and easy-drinking. A red-fruited, moreish Merlot with raspberry compôte, red plum purée, and red currant jam flavors. This wine is an elegant beauty and would be perfect with your meal.
