The winter is dark and cold but in the Alps, the fires are cozy, the cheese is gloriously gooey and the wines are fresh and vibrant. Join us as we explore the indigenous grapes and winemaking styles of Italy, France & Switzerland’s mountainous cooler climate regions such as Savoie, Frangy, Jura, Valle d’Aosta, Valais & Alto Adige. We’ll cozy up in our new Tiderun dining room in Seattle’s Laurelhurst neighborhood and sommelier Janet Beeby will guide you through 6 different wines paired with classic Alpine dishes prepared by our chef Stephanie Eburah.
