The Tiderun presents our inaugural dinner - a winter seafood dinner on February 2nd. This multi-course experience is centered on live-fire cooking and the depth of winter seafood. Local shellfish and fish are prepared over open flame, coals, and smoke. We highlight our local products by pulling from seafood preparations from around the world.

Basil-wrapped Anchovy Tempura, lemon and leek fritters, and basil aioli

Chilled Manila Clams with labne and a smoked paprika oil, and savory flatbread

Albacore Tuna Ceviche, charred & shredded cabbage, leche de tigre, and grilled sweet potatoes

CHOOSE YOUR ENTREE - Selected individually

Northwest Bouillabase with salmon, spot prawns, saffron, potatoes, leeks,
smoked salmon head dashi, Ben's Bread baguette, and rouille

Rockfish Tikin Xic spices + citrus juice, wrapped in a banana leaf,
cooked over coals to eat with grilled salsa and tortillas

Cedar-planked Sablefish with a wild mushroom beurre blanc
and a duchess potato gratin and grilled broccolini

DESSERT

Fenugreek and Creme Fraiche Panna Cotta with seeded brittle and grilled pears
