Tiderun events are built from the ground up. Location comes first—coastlines, islands, farms, vineyards, and wild edges where the landscape sets the tone. From there, everything unfolds with intention: food cooked over fire, tables set simply and beautifully, and pacing that allows people to actually be present.

We specialize in:

Each event is designed to feel private, personal, and quietly exceptional—never performative, never overproduced.

    No menus, timelines, or layouts are reused. Every detail is specific to the group and the setting.

    Seasonal, ingredient-driven meals—often centered around seafood, vegetables, and open fire—served in a way that encourages conversation and connection.

    We work closely with local makers, growers, and producers, and design events that travel lightly, sustainably, while feeling generous.

  • Limited availability
    We host only a handful of private events each year to ensure focus, care, and presence.

Sample menus


Wedding Dinner Cost Breakdown:

The Tiderun Wedding Meal
Two hors d’oeuvres (passed or stationary), meat, vegetable, and cheese grazing platter, a family-style meal consisting of three seasonal sides/salads and two proteins (often a meat and fish)
$150/per person

Additional fees to include:

Staffing: $2000 additional for three chefs, and three service staff (subject to change with party size)

Transportation and/or accommodation: $0.725/mile (2026 current standard). Overnight accommodation fees if unable to return safely and timely to our kitchen in Seattle,WA. To be discussed in our meetings.

Rentals: While we provide everything needed for our remote kitchen set up, we do not provide rentals , but can assist with securing the proper items.

Coordination: We do not provide wedding coordination (day-of or otherwise), but will assist you with any and all meal-related coordination.

Beverages: We can provide wine and beer by the case. We can provide a retail list.

Dessert: We are happy to provide dessert for an additional fee, however we have found most couples elect to provide their own dessert.

Average cost for an off-site Tiderun wedding meal for 45 with wine and beer: $10,000
Please note that we require a minimum of $6000 for any size wedding dinner.


Private Farm or Winery Dinner for the Office or Special Occasion Cost Breakdown:

The Tiderun Private Client Dinner - typically between 10 - 30 people
Two hors d’oeuvres (passed or stationary), a family-style meal consisting of three seasonal sides/salads and two proteins (often a meat and fish), a seasonal dessert, and all the table top rentals are included.
$150/per person

Additional fees to include:

Staffing: $1300 additional for two chefs, and two service staff (subject to change with party size)

Transportation and/or accommodation: $0.725/mile (2026 current standard). Overnight accommodation fees if unable to return safely and timely to our kitchen in Seattle,WA. To be discussed in our meetings.

Venue fee and table/chairs rentals: This is dependent and where you wish to have the event and if it is covered within our pricing model, or outside of our preferred venues.

Beverages: We can provide wine and beer by the case. We can provide a retail list.

Average cost for an off-site private Tiderun meal for 25 with wine and beer: $5,500
Please note that we have a minimum of $2000 for any private event.


Two-night private retreat to the San Juan Islands:

The Tiderun Private Client Island Getaway
All meals, on-island transportation if needed, on-call Tiderun team, facilitated events and boat charters, inter-island tours.
$1200/per person

Additional fees to include:

Lodging: To accommodate your group size and needs

Transportation to and from Lodging: rental cars, sea places, ferry fees are all additional to be paid by the client at their own discretion.

Beverages: We can provide wine and beer by the case. We can provide a retail list.

Average cost for an off-site private Tiderun hosted weekend for 10 with wine and beer: $15,000
Please note that we have a minimum of $10,000 for any privately hosted weekend event.
