We’ll gather in our new Tiderun private dining room in the Laurelhurst neighborhood of Seattle where we will be pair caviar bites with select cuvées from some of our favorite boutique, family-run Champagne houses in France.
Our own Stephanie Eburah was the culinary director for California Caviar Company since it’s inception in 2007 and is currently an ambassador. CCC are sturgeon farmers and purveyors of sustainable caviar from around the world. Your ticket price includes generous portions of 5 different caviars & champagne pours plus accoutrement, snacks & gratuity.
You will also have the opportunity to pre-order your favorite champagne & caviar at a discounted price for your holiday celebrations.
Tickets are non refundable. If you are unable to attend, you can transfer the tickets to someone else. In the event there is a wait list and we are able to fill your seat, we will gladly issue a refund.
