Dragon’s Head Cider, a Vashon Island staple, is home to more than 70 different varieties of traditional cider apple and perry pear trees. All of their cider making is right on the farm, including pressing the apples, fermenting the juice, blending the ciders, and bottling.
We invite you to join us at a long table flanking the rows of fruiting apple trees in the height of their summer glory. Our menu will focus on Vashon grown vegetables and the bounty of summer produce.
