We are excited to welcome Nelly Hand of Drifters Fish all the way from Cordova Alaska for a cozy evening of wild salmon and good company celebrating their Community Supported Fishery. We will gather at Imperfetta, our favorite local wine shop, where our dear friend and proprietor, Celia Barber, will curate the beverage pairings for each course. We’ll start the evening with snacks and beverages then sit down to a multi-course, family style meal cooked over a fire with wild Alaskan salmon and black cod as the main stars.
Drifters Fish is a community supported fishery bringing us wild Alaska salmon straight from the fisherman. Each fish is sustainably harvested, carefully caught, hand picked and delivered overnight ensuring quality from sea to table. This will be an intimate dinner so spaces are limited. We hope you can join us!
