After a recent trip to the Cowichan Valley on Vancouver Island, we fell hard for one of the most exciting emerging wine regions in the Pacific Northwest. Think wild coastal beauty, ancient forests, salty air—and wines that are vibrant and expressive. We are excited to bring that experience to you. Join us for an intimate pairing dinner at the Shared Roof Project rooftop greenhouse on Phinney Ridge. In collaboration with sommelier Janet Beeby, this evening will celebrate the spirit of Vancouver Island through a multi-course menu inspired by the stunning ingredients of the region matched with a lineup of Cowichan Valley wines we’re really excited about—each one a little taste of the place and the people behind it.
