Our third year of celebrating Vashon’s famous Strawberry Festival* with an opening meal highlighting island produce, dairy, beverages and of course, strawberries. This year we have been invited to host this event at a new venue on the island and can’t wait to share it’s beauty with you.

6:00pm : Hors d’eouvres picnic and pop up bottle shop
6:45pm : Dinner bell. Dinner under the arbor
Music and lawn games available all night.
9:00pm : Event concludes with plenty of time to head to the main stage uptown for Publish the Quest.

*The Vashon Island Strawberry Festival, a cherished tradition dating back to the early 1900s, celebrates Vashon Island’s rich agricultural heritage and vibrant community spirit. Originally started to commemorate the once-flourishing strawberry farming on the island, the festival has evolved into a dynamic event featuring parades, live music, and an array of local vendors.

Crispy potatoes with brown butter and lovage

Heirloom tomato carpaccio with strawberry vinegar and beet labneh

Pork shoulder braised in the wood oven with strawberry harissa and Spanish chorizo

Garden cookies: rose geranium butter cookies, lavender shortbread, and chocolate mint sable
