This October, join us at Heyday Farm for five nights of seasonal revelry. Our series “Farewell Summer, Welcome Fall” continues in collaboration with Heyday Farm on Bainbridge Island. This one of a kind welcome to an easeful fall begins with snacks and drinks around the multi-tiered handmade fire kitchen constructed for this event on Heyday Farm. Snacks and beverages will be served around the fire and will evoke the warmth of the seasons change. Dinner will move to the heated milking barn, complete with lanterns, blankets, and warming beverages. There will be several surprises throughout the night and a special dessert presentation.
Menu:
Oyster custard with cucumbers, tarragon and smoked butter
Warm salmon head dashi over Swedish torch
Rosemary farinata with sage brown butter and lardo
Smoked trout with seeded bread, horseradish vodka and pickled ember roasted beets

Grilled quail with roasted grapes and local beeswax-scented potatoes
Garlicky flatbreads with charred eggplant, brown butter, pinenuts and smoked pepper

Lamb leg au ficelle with charred apple butter
Ember cooked beans with serrano, crème fraiche, and charred carrots
Charred end of season tomatoes with warm bacon & Dijon vinaigrette, and local pecans
Grilled new cabbage and mushrooms with stilton cream and drunken apricot
Irish brown yeast bread with salted butter

Chocolate cake with maple buttercream
Charred quince with toasted marshmallow cream
Please note that while we respect everyone’s dietary preferences, we can not make large changes to our evening’s menu. You will be able to list dietary needs at checkout - our team will contact you if there are any concerns.
Tickets are all-inclusive and non-refundable. You may transfer your tickets to another party at anytime. We may be able to offer a refund if a waitlist allows a transfer. Please note that these tickets are for a seat at the community tables. No private tables will be available.
